Elite Home Inspections was refer to me by my realtor and honestly I can say I am not disappointed, but astonished by their work. They went above in beyond to inspect my soon to be forever home. 🤎 My Inspector was Luke Mize, he was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest! He allowed me and my soon to be husband to follow him during the entire inspection and answered any questions we had! Price was affordable and reasonable. Will definitely be using Elite Home Inspections again for any houses in the near future!

The inspection is very thorough and well written with pictures and explanations as well as recommendations for repairs. Luke takes his time and doesn't seem to miss anything . I've used Elite for two home inspections and was very satisfied with his reports.
